Added with her background in land development and civil engineering, she leads our development, creative and design processes with a dynamic yet practical view. Her flair allows for beautiful, modern designs, regardless of price point. Suzanne truly believes that innovative housing can be affordable, sustainable and accessible and built to suit today’s multi-generational family needs. This can contribute to gentle densification in urban/suburban centres, which has a positive effect on both the environment and housing costs. This is the core of what Live Urban represents.
